Recently Suzuki Japan Alto has become a very popular budget car in the Sri lanka. The Japan Alto is powered by 660 CC DOCH 12 Valve three-cylinder VVT petrol engine. The Car Design inspiration comes from the Japanese dog breed "shiba inu". Japan Alto comes with different grades (Trim Levels) but due to price variant, L grade (basic) is the most common in the country.

Suzuki Japan Alto comes only with "Ene-Charge". It's not an actual Hybrid system. The ene-charge system uses regenerative braking to charge up a battery which is used to power up electrical components in the car. Also, reducing the load on the engine and making idle stop/start easier.

Compare with Safety, Technology and Space, Japans Alto is better than the Indian Alto. But if you more considering about fuel efficiency and the cost, then Indian alto is good for you.
